A 5k should be fun!  The Chamber Challenge 5k is for everyone. Sure, we have some hot shots that sprint the whole course, but most participants take their time and even walk here and there.

We do recommend some light training so that you don't wake up sore the next day. Below is a training program that will help you prepare for the challenge.  The Chamber also offers training sessions to help you prepare, which involve walking, jogging, or running the Chamber Challenge course. These sessions will help with encouragement and give you suggestions on your training program.
